Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Pack Your Items

  Carefully place the items in their original protective packaging and boxes to ensure they arrive back at our warehouse safely and undamaged.

• 3.
  Attach the Label

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal and securely attach it to the outside of your parcel, covering any previous delivery marks.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to the nearest authorized drop-off point; once received and inspected by our team, your refund will be processed within 5-7 business days.
